Formulated to effectively bleed through oil-based primers and top coats layed over marks!
Will Bleed Through Paint. Marks on unpainted metals will bleed through primers and top coat before a sealant is applied.
Use for OIL-BASED primers only. Sturdy aluminum barrel holds a large ink supply that wont dry out due to the patented valve-controlled tip. Remember to shake well and keep tip saturated for proper bleed-through.
